Private Dog Training Lessons Online

Amy Cook offers a limited number of private online lessons to students working through her class material who need additional support, and by referral for select behavior issues.

Amy specializes in rehabilitating fearful, shy, and reactive dogs. Her signature Play Way approach combines play therapy and an Active Management System to help your dog recover from their behavioral issues and become the best they can be. Help your dog thrive through play therapy, and learn the skills of management for times when life happens!

All classes are conducted through the Fenzi Dog Sports Academy, but Amy does provide online private support for people desiring ongoing work on their issues. No in-person private lessons are available at this time.

Active Management

From new puppies to recent rescues, all dogs need to learn the basics of moving through the world positively. Amy can help you and your companion live together cooperatively, at all stages of life, preventing behavior problems from developing.

A dog who can walk nicely on leash, stay calm when around new dogs and people, settle around guests in the home, and self-entertain, is a dog welcome anywhere.

Give your dog the freedom that training brings!

Behavior Problems

Amy specializes in working with shy, fearful and phobic dogs.

She has extensive experience rehabilitating dogs fearful of men, strangers, dogs, objects, sounds, cars and anything else that frightens them.

She can help you to help your dog develop the skills needed to face the challenges of everyday life and gain the confidence to live together happily and safely using non-confrontational, science-based, gentle methods.
